Salutations! I am Sean Alexander Kaiulani Chun and today I am going to share with you about my progression in my GameDevHQ Internship. First, I will share with you about my biggest and most frustrating challenge. Second, I will share a video on my progression after completing the Powerup- Triple Shot Section Of GameDevHQ’s 2D Development Course. Lastly, I will share a video on my progression after completing the Powerup- Speed Boost Section Of GameDevHQ’s 2D Development Course.

First, now that I told what I will be sharing with you in this blog, I will begin with my biggest and most frustrating challenges. Learning and understanding the program unity and the C# script are more challenging than I was expecting, but are not the biggest challenges for me. My biggest challenge are my poor computer skills and habits. Although I have a good understanding of using a computer my lack of ability to touch type, bad habits of not reading things thoroughly enough and not saving frequently delayed my expected progress thus far. My solutions are to use a typing trainer to improve my typing skills, practice being more thorough and saving any progress to develop good habits. honestly if it were not for this opportunity I may not have considered improving my computer skills. When I started this course I did not have a computer to begin with. I am excited to see how much I can improve.

Second, now that I have told you about my biggest challenges, I will share a video on my progression after completing the Powerup- Triple Shot Section Of GameDevHQ’s 2D Development Course:

Lastly, now that I have shared a video on my progression after completing the Powerup- Triple Shot Section Of GameDevHQ’s 2D Development Course, here is a video on my progression after completing the Powerup- Speed Boost Section:

In conclusion, in spite of my biggest challenges I am still making progress in my GameDevHQ Internship. I am excited to develop more relevant skills in the Software Development Industry. I guess I can say it is better late then never.

Thank you.
